Services and how we work.
What does Confluence Industrial Solutions do?
We provide 3D mapping and LiDAR scanning, thermal imaging inspection, aerial drone inspection, vibration and condition monitoring, confined-space inspection and asset documentation for industrial facilities. Each service is delivered as organized documentation your team can reference and act on.

Do you replace our SCADA, EAM or CMMS system?
No. Confluence is an inspection and facility data provider. Our deliverables are built to complement the systems you already use by adding accurate information about where assets physically sit and what condition they are in.

Does thermal imaging require shutting equipment down?
Electrical thermal scans are typically performed while equipment is energized and under normal load, so a shutdown is usually not required.

What do LiDAR scanning deliverables include?
Registered point clouds in standard formats, orthographic plan and elevation views, and measured extractions of the features you care about, produced to work inside the CAD and asset systems you already run.

Can you inspect tanks and vessels without sending people inside?
Small aerial inspection units can visually document the interior of many tanks, vessels, boilers and tunnels from outside the space. Scope and access requirements are planned with your facility for each space.

Do you inspect solar farms, wind turbines and data centers?
Yes. We use drones to capture thermal and visual imagery of solar arrays and wind turbine blades and towers, and we perform thermal inspection of data center electrical and cooling infrastructure.

Where do you work?
Confluence Industrial Solutions is based in Kentucky and serves industrial facilities in Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Indiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia, with a goal of national coverage. Work outside this area can be discussed on a project basis.
