Industries We Serve

Data Centers

A priority focus for Confluence. We provide thermal inspection of critical electrical and cooling infrastructure for data center facility and infrastructure managers, delivering the documentation needed to identify abnormal thermal patterns and plan maintenance. See the detailed overview below.

Electrical Infrastructure

Identifying electrical hot spots, checking terminations and connections, and monitoring power distribution health.

Cooling & Reliability

Monitoring cooling unit performance, evaluating airflow efficiency, and supporting enterprise reliability programs.

Automotive Manufacturing

We help automotive facilities document production assets, utility distribution, and plant infrastructure. Our inspections support ongoing maintenance and large-scale facility improvement projects.

Industrial Manufacturing

Confluence mapping and monitoring services cover equipment, utilities, and building systems across diverse industrial environments to ensure consistent facility documentation.

Aerospace

We inspect and document aerospace manufacturing areas, test facilities, and the critical infrastructure that supports them.

Utilities & Energy

We inspect and document generation, transmission, and distribution assets, including solar farms and wind turbines, along with their supporting facilities and utility networks.

Water, Wastewater & Infrastructure

We document treatment facilities, pumping stations, tanks, and tunnels, helping teams keep accurate records of complex water infrastructure.

Warehousing & Logistics

Confluence documents high-density racking, material-handling systems, and general building infrastructure to support safe operations and safety planning.

Data Center Thermal Inspection

Confluence Industrial Solutions provides thermal inspection for data center electrical and cooling infrastructure. We capture high-resolution thermal profiles of switchgear, UPS systems, PDUs, busways, and power distribution equipment, and inspect cooling systems including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, and cooling loops. The result is documentation that helps facility and infrastructure managers identify abnormal thermal patterns and plan maintenance around uptime goals.
