Inspection & Facility Data
Confluence Industrial Solutions provides inspection, mapping, and condition-monitoring services for industrial facilities across Kentucky and the Southeast. LiDAR scanners, drones, thermal cameras, and sensors are the methods we use; the product is accurate, organized information about your physical assets that complements your existing SCADA, EAM, and CMMS systems.
What We Capture
3D spatial data, RGB and thermal imagery, vibration and condition data, and asset identification and location.
What You Receive
Organized documentation, imagery, and data files your team can reference, compare over time, and act on.
Industrial 3D Mapping & LiDAR
We use LiDAR scanning to capture accurate 3D spatial data of industrial facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. The resulting point clouds and 3D models support as-built documentation, project planning, and asset-location records. Repeat scans make it possible to detect and document physical changes over time.
- As-built documentation of plants and process areas
- 3D facility mapping for renovation and expansion planning
- Asset-location capture and equipment layouts
- Change detection between scans over time

Aerial Industrial Inspection
Drones provide an efficient way to collect high-resolution RGB and thermal imagery of roofs, building exteriors, elevated structures, and utility-scale energy assets such as solar farms and wind turbines. Aerial inspection can reduce the need for lifts, scaffolding, or roof access for routine visual documentation. Imagery is organized by location so findings can be reviewed and tracked.
- Solar farm thermal and visual inspection
- Wind turbine blade inspection
- Roof, exterior, and facade documentation
- Stacks, towers, and other high structures
- Hard-to-reach infrastructure and utility assets

Thermal Inspection
Infrared inspection identifies abnormal thermal patterns in electrical equipment, switchgear, motors, and mechanical systems that are not visible to the eye. We capture thermal and visual images together and document findings so maintenance teams can prioritize follow-up. Thermal inspection of data center electrical and cooling infrastructure is a growing focus for Confluence.
- Switchgear, panels, and electrical distribution equipment
- Motors, drives, and mechanical systems
- Data center UPS systems, PDUs, busways, and cooling equipment
- Baseline and periodic thermal surveys

Vibration & Condition Monitoring
Vibration and condition monitoring tracks the health of motors, pumps, and other rotating machinery so developing problems can be identified before they lead to unplanned downtime. Sensors alone do not create value; the data has to be interpreted and acted on. We help turn condition data into clear information that supports your predictive-maintenance program.
- Motors, pumps, fans, and gearboxes
- Route-based condition data collection
- Trend tracking for critical rotating equipment
- Support for predictive-maintenance programs

Confined-Space Inspection
Small aerial inspection units make it possible to visually document the inside of tanks, vessels, tunnels, and other spaces that are difficult or hazardous for people to enter. Inspections capture imagery of interior conditions for review by your engineering and maintenance teams. Scope and access requirements are planned with your facility for each space.
- Tanks and vessels (interior visual documentation)
- Tunnels, culverts, and enclosed passages
- Boilers, ducts, and stacks
- Other hard-to-access interior spaces

Asset Documentation
Asset documentation brings together what is known about your physical assets: location, imagery, identification, condition, and inspection history. We capture and organize this information so it can be referenced and kept current as conditions change. Documentation is structured with potential future integration into your EAM or CMMS system in mind.
- Asset inventories with location and imagery
- Nameplate and identification capture
- Condition and inspection history records
- Structured data prepared for potential EAM/CMMS integration
