Aerial Industrial Inspection

Roofs, stacks, towers, facades and utility-scale energy assets are some of the hardest parts of a facility to see up close, and getting eyes on them usually means lifts, scaffolding or work at height. Confluence Industrial Solutions uses drones to capture high-resolution RGB and thermal imagery of elevated and hard-to-reach structures, and returns it organized by location so findings can be reviewed and tracked.

What gets inspected.

• Solar farms, including thermal and visual inspection of arrays
• Wind turbine blades and towers
• Roofs, building exteriors and facades
• Stacks, towers and other elevated structures
• Hard-to-reach infrastructure and utility assets.

What you receive.

Imagery is captured with consistent coverage and organized by location, so each observation can be tied to a specific roof section, structure or array. RGB and thermal images are paired where both are collected, and findings are delivered as structured documentation your team can review, attach to a work order and compare against future flights.

Why facilities schedule it.

  • Routine visual documentation can be collected without lifts, scaffolding or roof access;
  • Large areas like roofs and solar arrays can be covered efficiently in a single visit;
  • Repeat flights build a visual record, so changes in condition are easier to spot.
